Exploring singing across cultures through original songs

This research is to explore cross-cultural singing techniques, including English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, that are established on the creation of original songs. Acoustic and language properties, as well as songwriting features associated with the singing voice will be discussed. It aims to provide a reference for appropriate singing techniques across languages in a musical context.
