Women and femme-identifying people in music technology cite unwelcomeness and hostility as contributors to low representation. This study seeks to examine the microaggression experiences of women, femme-identifying, and gender-expansive undergraduate students previously or currently enrolled in music technology coursework and their attitudes towards a future career path in industry and education.
